The pvc panels are sold by companies that provide materials for building dog kennels, pig facilities and also horse shelters. Try googling for keywords in these areas, this is how I found these materials.

No, the net is a round slow feeder, knotless hay net (with holes no larger then 1 inch) that can be purchased online for example at portoverde.es/red-heno/slow-feeder-pano-comedero/15-pano-redondo.html . I use a plastic water hose that attaches to the inside of the upper border of the feeder and thread the border of the net through it, that way the net is firmly attached to the tube (which in turn is attached to the ring) and there is no risk of it getting lose or a foot catching somewhere.
